1. What we store

Account details (name, email), the cases and documents you work on, and activity logs used for audit and timelines.

2. Where it lives

All data is stored locally on the firm's own server and database. Uploaded documents are never placed in a public folder.

3. Email

Transactional email (password resets, notifications) is sent through the firm's configured SMTP server. Credentials are encrypted at rest.

4. Your rights

Contact your firm administrator to review, correct, or remove your personal data.
